Michael Übelacker

Michael Übelacker, born in 1977, studied law with a focus on business law and business administration at the Universities of Passau and Regensburg. After joining STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG in 2008, he took over the management of the legal department for REMA TIP TOP AG and Stahlgruber Otto Gruber AG in 2011, at the same time he was granted procura for both companies. Since 2016, Mr. Übelacker has been responsible for the management of various companies within the STAHLGRUBER Group. Michael Übelacker has been Chairman of the board of management of REMA TIP TOP AG since January 2020. Furthermore Mr. Übelacker has been Chairman of the Executive Board of STAHLGRUBER Otto Gruber AG since 01.10.2021.
